Licensed to practice law since 1991, Jeff started in the title business in 2003. By immersing himself completely in the business and gladly handling the toughest title issues, Jeff quickly learned the intricacies of title commitments and clearing Schedule C. Because of his legal background and ability to handle tough issues, Jeff is known as a problem solver who is often able to come up with solutions that allow even the toughest files to close. In addition, Jeff is approved as an instructor by the Texas Real Estate Commission.

Kendra Ronquillo

Office Manager/Escrow Officer

Kendra Ronquillo began her career in real estate in 1999. Working her way through college she graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2002. Recently she joined our team as the Office Manager and Escrow Officer for the Memorial Villages location. Active in several different young professional organizations, Kendra brings knowledge, excellent customer service and professionalism to all with whom she interacts.

Wanda Reyna

Office Manager/Escrow Officer

Having been a Realtor and in the Title Industry for more than twenty years, Wanda has excellent knowledge of the Houston market and the importance of Title Insurance. She has a complete understanding of each clients needs and the value of a superior closing experience. "Buying or Selling (residential or commercial) property is one of the largest investments most people make", and having the opportunity to be a part of that, along with building relationships, is one of her motivations for being a part of the Title Industry. She says it's all about the professionalism, referring within her customer base, excellent individualized service, and dedication that keeps her client's returning.

Gina Lesch

Escrow Officer

Gina, a native Houstonian, has been with our office since the beginning. Starting her career in 2003 as a part-time receptionist, Gina decided to stay with us full-time as an assistant to Jeff, before becoming an Escrow Officer. Gina's customer base has grown quickly because of her can-do attitude, friendly disposition, and ability to close even the toughest transactions.

Alicia Adams

Commercial Escrow Officer

Alicia started in the title business in 2004 after a 23 year career in the commercial banking industry. With a vast knowledge of real estate Alicia specializes in commercial and SBA transactions with clients such as Chevron, LaQuinta Hotels and Jack in the Box. She also has several large residential clients including direct lenders, mortgage brokers and realtors. She prides herself on providing the highest level of service and goes above and beyond to handle any transaction.

Trisha Slay-O'Keefe

Escrow Officer

Trisha has more than 9 years of escrow experience. She has a passion for the industry and is committed to serving her clients with knowledge, ability and exceptional quality in her service. Trisha takes whatever time is necessary to assist the client and provide plausible solutions to all matters. This is evident in her growing list of new clients and the loyalty exhibited by her existing clients. Trisha is one of those rare native Houstonians. In her spare time, when she is not working, she likes to spend it with her family and friends and of course Sweetee, her dog.

Claudia Flores

Junior Closer

Claudia has been in the title business for over 7 years. She came to work with us in August of 2006. She is loved by her co-workers and our customers because of her ability to stay calm in even the most stressful of situations. Outside the office, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family.

Megan Collins

Escrow Assistant to Kendra Ronquillo & Junior Closer

Megan joined our office in July of 2006 after working in the restaurant business for several years and attending the University of Texas. She soon moved to help open the office on the Katy Freeway. Megan works in many areas of the office including answering phones, opening orders, handling files pre-closing and post-closing, and keeping our customers supplied with hot coffee and cold drinks. She is quickly learning the ins and outs of the title business and enjoys tackling new challenges everyday.

Sabrina Sanchez

Escrow Assistant to Gina Lesch

Sabrina began her career in title business in 2005, joining our team in 2010 as an escrow assistant to Gina Lesch. She has more then 10 years experience in customer service and loves working with others. Sabrina has an outgoing personality, willingness to learn and take on new challenges. She is looking to be successful in the future in the title industry.

Carolina Olmedo

Escrow Assistant to Jeff Laird

A native Houstonian, Carolina is fairly new to the title business. As a part-time UH student, she started off as a receptionist but is eager to learn more about the business and now opens orders and handles files post-closing. Carolina enjoys traveling, playing racquetball & dominoes.
