Leticia (Letty) Nehls

Letty started in the real estate business at age 15, working as an assistant in a Realtor’s office. Her ability to solve problems made her a favorite of her bosses and their customers. Letty moved into the title industry, starting as an assistant and quickly becoming a closer, and has been closing files for over 7 years now. Her smile, personality and work ethic have kept her a favorite of Realtors and their clients alike.

Gina Lesch

Escrow Officer

Gina, a native Houstonian, has been with our office since the beginning. Starting her career in 2003 as a part-time receptionist, Gina decided to stay with us full-time as an assistant to Jeff, before becoming an Escrow Officer. Gina's customer base has grown quickly because of her can-do attitude, friendly disposition, and ability to close even the toughest transactions.

Kendra Ronquillo

Office Manager/Escrow Officer

Kendra Ronquillo began her career in real estate in 1999. Working her way through college she graduated from the University of Houston-Clear Lake in 2002. Recently she joined our team as the Office Manager and Escrow Officer for the Memorial Villages location. Active in several different young professional organizations, Kendra brings knowledge, excellent customer service and professionalism to all with whom she interacts.

Claudia Flores

Escrow Assistant to Letty Nehls & Junior Closer

Claudia has been in the title business for over 7 years. She came to work with us in August of 2006. She is loved by her co-workers and our customers because of her ability to stay calm in even the most stressful of situations. Outside the office, Claudia enjoys spending time with her family.

Heidi Stevens

Escrow Assistant to Jeff Laird & Junior Closer

Heidi was born and raised in Anchorage, Alaska, and misses the fresh King Crab. She moved to Houston in 2005 and immediately began in the title industry. Heidi worked in accounting prior to moving to Houston and says that the title industry has brought an interesting full circle influence to her career. Outside the office, being a mother is Heidi's favorite pastime.

Megan Collins

Escrow Assistant to Kendra Ronquillo & Junior Closer

Megan joined our office in July of 2006 after working in the restaurant business for several years and attending the University of Texas. She soon moved to help open the office on the Katy Freeway. Megan works in many areas of the office including answering phones, opening orders, handling files pre-closing and post-closing, and keeping our customers supplied with hot coffee and cold drinks. She is quickly learning the ins and outs of the title business and enjoys tackling new challenges everyday.

Venessa Aguilar

Escrow Assistant & Junior Closer

Venessa began her career in the title business in 2005, starting out as a Funder. Her tireless work ethic, transactional problem-solving skills, and delivery of excellent customer service quickly moved her to the role of Escrow Officer in 2006. Venessa, a recently-engaged native Houstonian, enjoys living life to the fullest and is extremely excited about her upcoming wedding.

Carole Campbell

Escrow Assistant to Jeff Laird

Carole started in the Title Business in 2006, as a Receptionist. Over the past 2 years she has worked in all areas of the industry, honing her skills and knowledge to now become an Escrow Assistant. She was born and raised in Houston. She is an avid world traveler, exploring Scotland, France and Switzerland. Her hobbies include fishing and extreme sports, like sky-diving and white water rafting.
